Use this natural turmeric soap as often as your regular soap, at least twice a day if you’re using it as a face soap.
Quickly wet your skin with warm or lukewarm water, rub the bar between your hands, and apply as little or as much as you want.
Rub the soap bar between your hands for 15 seconds to get a good lather.
Next, apply the lather to your skin in a circular motion, avoiding your eyes. Rinse thoroughly.

Note: The harder the water is in your area, the more difficult it may be to create a lather.

Skincare routine for adults

Day + Night
Step 1: Wash your face with a cleanser or a cleanser and toner and softly pat your skin dry.
Optional Step: Use a mist or toner/mist to keep your skin hydrated. Let your skin air dry.
Step 2: Apply a serum once your skin is dry.
Step 3: Use a day cream/moisturizer once the serum has set in during the day, and at night, switch to a night cream/moisturizer (the heavier cream helps add extra hydration while you sleep).
Step 4: Apply a sunscreen after your moisturizer during the day.
Once a week: Use an exfoliate.
At least once a week: Use a mask.
