Our charcoal exfoliate is versatile, making it suitable for all skin types and tones. Whether you have normal, dry, oily, acne-prone, sensitive or combination skin, this face exfoliate is for you.
But as with any product, do a patch test to ensure you're not allergic or have skin sensitivities to any of its ingredients. Especially if you have sensitive skin.

Lightly massage the charcoal exfoliate onto cleansed skin. Rinse and gently pat your skin dry, or leave your skin slightly damp.
❣️Use it 1-2 times a week for optimal results, depending on your skin type. But listen to your skin; you don't want to over-exfoliate. It can damage your skin's barrier.
✨If you have dry or sensitive skin, use this exfoliator no more than once a week. Starting every other week or once a month might be best.
✨If you have normal, oily, or combination skin, you can use it up to twice a week.
Note: The charcoal exfoliate is courser than our mint exfoliate. I would test it out once a week or every other week first to see how your skin reacts to it.
Tip: I prefer putting it on my skin when it's slightly damp, as I'm somewhat sensitive to exfoliates.

Charcoal helps remove dirt and excess sebum, which clog pores to help create a smoother-looking skin texture. It's particularly beneficial for oily or combination skin.
Walnut
Walnuts have omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamin E, which can help nourish, moisturize, and protect the skin.
Jojoba Oil
Jojoba Oil has anti-inflammatory properties that calm skin and help repair damage. It also helps reduce chapping and redness from dryness.
Apricot Oil
Apricot oil contains linoleic and oleic acids and vitamins A and E to help improve the skin’s elasticity, protect it from free radicals and helps lock in moisture to keep skin soft.
Clay
Natural clay is known for its absorbent properties. It helps to draw out impurities and excess oil, making it suitable for various skin types, particularly those with acne-prone or oily skin.
Orange Peel Oil
Orange peel oil’s high Vitamin C content helps promote collagen production for plumper, firmer skin while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Glycerin
Glycerin helps smooth the skin and gives it a dewier appearance; it's also used to help heal skin conditions like acne.
Step 1: Wash your face with a cleanser or a cleanser and toner and softly pat your skin dry.
Optional Step: Use a mist or toner/mist to keep your skin hydrated. Let your skin air dry.
Step 2: Apply a serum once your skin is dry.
Step 3: Use a day cream/moisturizer once the serum has set in during the day, and at night, switch to a night cream/moisturizer (the heavier cream helps add extra hydration while you sleep).
Step 4: Apply a sunscreen after your moisturizer during the day.
Once a week: Use an exfoliate.
At least once a week: Use a mask.

Recommended step: Use a mist or toner/mist to keep your skin hydrated. Let your skin air dry.
Step 2: Apply a serum once your skin is dry.
Step 3: Use a day cream/moisturizer once the serum has set in during the day, and at night, switch to a night cream or balm (the heavier cream helps add extra hydration while you sleep).
Note: If you use a night cream, consider using a balm once a week for extra hydration (similar to applying hair masks to keep your hair soft)
Step 4: Apply a sunscreen after your moisturizer during the day.
Once a week: Use an exfoliate.
At least once a week: Use a mask.
