You may need to press the pump a few times to get the product out (the pump uses air to push the product through the top rather than a hose for more sustainable packaging).
Apply to clean, dry skin before applying makeup.

Step 1: Lipliner tips (optional)
Add some definition
- Add depth by lining your lips with a shade or two darker than your lipstick or lip gloss.
- If you want to make your lips look fuller, line your lips just outside your natural line.
- If you want to make your lips look smaller, apply a base to ensure your lip shade matches your skin tone. Use the lip liner to line your lips just under your natural line.
- For a 90s look, choose a shade four shades darker than your lipstick or lip gloss.
